PTO

주행이외의 목적(Dump, 특장차)으로 

동력을 얻기위하여 T/M에 부착하는

장치로서 트랜스미션에서 발생되는

동력의 일부를 Dump Deck Lift시 

필요한 동력으로 공급하는 장치

 Pre Setting Buck

Body의 구조, 조립공법 등에 의해

Main buck의 작업을 일정부분 미리

선행조립하는 기준 지그로, 주로

Floor와 Side Ass'y를 위치 결정하여

가접을 실시한다. 

PTO (POWER TAKE OFF) PTOs (Power Take Off) are mainly used on mobile equipments and vehicles for giving drive to auxiliary units such as tipper (dump) trucks, compactors, snow plaughs, road sweeper, truck mounted cranes, recovery vehicles hook-lifts, fuel tankers, asphalt spreader etc. It is installed to the output which is located on main transmission.

PTOs which are mainly used in hydraulic superstructure of the vehicles has 15-150 different models. The reason why PTO has many different models is because; both it can be varied according to the type of main transmission and there are many other extra features which are different from each other. That means that every vehicle doesn’t have any specific PTO. Additionally, it can be produced according to the superstructure that you are planning to build.
